Agilent U1272A vs U1273A: The Sunshine Test

I happened to be out back filming content for my summer project, tThe Electronic Referee and I needed to check a voltage on my test rig, I had a choice of an OLED meter or the LCD

 

I decided to video a quick test to see which is most usable in the sunshine. Indoors the OLED is an excellent and readable meter. Specification wise of course there both the same aside from battery life

 

So here is my findings

    Another great post.

    I am with you, I would have thought the OLED would be better, but as your video shows, LCD is best for outside use.

    Good information to know if you need to work outside, though where I live, the sun only shines that bright on a few days of the year.
