We indicate the installation and operation steps as following:
1. Before install this program. Please turn off your GDS-820S.
Connecting the USB cable between PC and GDS-820S.
Note: If you had installed FreeView V1.00 previously.
Please uninstall the USB driver in advance by executing Ftdiunin.exe which under the directory of C:\Program Files\FreeView\FreeView\Driver.
2. Please unzip FV101.zip to C:\ or any temporary folder.
a. We could find a folder "FV101" under C:\ or the temporary folder which the files been unzipped.
b. Double click "FV101", we could find installation program "Setup.exe".
c. Double click Setup.exe to start FreeView installation.
3. Please power on your GDS-820S, and change the interface to USB
a. Press Utility -> Interface Menu(F2), and then press F1 to select USB interface.
b. When you select USB interface, PC will find a new hardware device "GDS-820S"(for example) immediately.
c. Install software for " GDS-820 USB Converter": Select Automatic installation(I) and click "Nest Step"(N).
d. Click "Continue"(C).
e. Click "Complete".
f. Install software for " GDS-820S USB Port Driver": Select Automatic installation(I) and click "Nest Step"(N).
g. Click "Continue"(C).
h. Click "Complete".
4. Execute FreeView.
5. Click "File" and select "Connect", you could see the waveform updated continuously.
