I received the instrument and it works fine, but the included software does not work - either Windows XP or Windows Vista.
Software installation took place as described in the instructions, but the program does not start up.
Reply:Software upgrade works fine, and I discovered by chance that when running under vista, you have to remember to run the program as "administrator".
