    Hi Shubham,

                        Thank you for your enquiry,regrading measuring  variable capacitor or trim capacitor, it is simpleor  it is very complex, it is depends on how accurate reading you required, if you need simple indication of capacitance , you can use any suitable multimeter which can measure suitable reqired capacitance range,by taking reading by varing the capacitor and there are LCR meters are available , they are more accurate than multimeter and if your requirement is very accurate than you have to consider precision LCR bridge, they are very expensive than multimeter anf LCR meter, but I have not come cross, which can make measurement of variable capacitor by it self.
