I am doing a project on aCGH +SNP detection . And now I am stuck with some problem. As, the project s done by some guy in the past, I am just validating that project and trying to find out that if I could find out some useful from that project.
but the thing is the person has done the experiment on the Hg 18 version and now Agilent has updated it to Hg 19 version.
now the question is :-
SHOULD I GO WITH THE HG19 VERSION TO PROCEED MY PROJECT OR GO WITH HG18 ONLY.
and a 2nd question is:-
I am looking for the CORIELL REFERENCE DNA FEMALE AND MALE used in the cytogenomics software where would i find it???
is it in the software itself or should i look some where else in the net
Need guidance as early as possible.
If you in case is not right for this question, guide me to whom should i contact for the question.
