avrei una domanda sul Keithley 2000:
con un generatore Agilent ho posto in ingresso un segnale di tensione onda quadra con Valore picco picco pari a 2 V,
e con OFFSET pari a 1, lo strumento mi restituisce un valore efficace di circa 1 V, cioè come se non ci fosse l'offset,
mentre per il segnale che ho messo dovrebbe darmi circa 1,4 V.
Come mai?
Dato che lo strumento è a vero valore efficace, non dovrebbe restituirmi il valore corretto?
Come posso risolvere

I have a question about Keithley 2000:
I have sent, by a signal generator Agilent, a voltage square wave to input of Keithley 2000,
with the next parameters: Value peak to peak 2 V, i.e. amplitude 1 V, and OFFSET 1 V.
The instrument gives me an RMS about 1 V, as if the OFFSET was not there;
indeed, the right RMS is about 1,4 V.
Why?
Since the tool is True RMS, should it give me back the correct value? Shouldn't?
How can I fix the problem?
