We have a study i think were gonna use a rc transmitter and receiver on making a radar, is it possible???

 

If its not, what possible transmitter and receiver can I use???

    Not with an RC transmitter/receiver. You also need a special antenna and some complex processing.

    If this is a school project, it would be super-easy and cheaper to experiment with a very different frequency range - microwaves. You should be able to find (via ebay) something known as 'Gunn' diodes, and microwave detector diodes. Use the former to generate microwaves, and the latter to detect them. It's possible to arrange them at one end such that the microwaves bounce off the target.

    Google should have information to help you with this since this is your study work : )

    You might need to clarify your question. The title and the content seem to be entirely different.

     

    I saw the title and was going to suggest that Software Defined Radio might suit what you need. However, after reading the main text, Shabaz's answer is more appropriate.
