while tried to Get code coverage(using GNU-MCU-Eclipse gcov plugin) for cortexM3 based(microcontroller) on ide.I have an error"an internal error occured during launching src.o"

I'm new to GNU-Mcu-eclipse Gcov.I have the above issue which I mentioned in title.

FYI: Once i finished my testing i had .gcda files for corresponding .c files.But if i tried to get coverage on ide,i had an pop-up error message"An internal error occured during launching src.o".

Did you check the Gcov user's guide at:

One of the steps mentions that you need to associate the binary with the gcda file. Perhaps that is what is missing?

The error message mentions src.o, which seems to be one of the intermediate object files of a source file named src.c
