I've been tasked with developing in-circuit tests for various circuit boards I have a clamshell test fixture from CheckSum NI TestStand and LabVIEW software and an Agilent 34980A34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit What I don't have is extensive experience designing measurement circuits for in-circuit testing.Does anybody have any suggestions for literature describing measurement circuit techniques and/or design guides i.e books articles pdfs white papers
