Suggestion is by using oscilloscope and using high voltage probe on one channel, using current probe with suitable shunt to other channel on oscilloscope with the help of Advance analysis module.

Tektronix solution as suggetsed as follows.

Oscilloscope TDS3014C , Farnell o/c 155-4156 ( Any oscilloscope in TDS 3000 series )

High voltage probe P6015A ,Farnell o/c 435-2580

Advance Analysis module, Farnell  o/c 369-3867,

Math Expression Example.
The following expression calculates the energy in a
waveform, where Ch1 is in volts and Ch2 is in amps:
Intg (Ch1×Ch2)
Taking an Area measurement on the resulting waveform
displays the waveform power value.
