Using a LT3694, the challenge is to isolate the output using a current mode sensing of the output.
I am using a transformer to isolate the secondary output where I have a split. +/- 7V outputs. There are ways to use opto-isolators, but they do not operate well at high temperatures.
Digital isolators maybe?
