Problem in Oscilloscope

Hi,

 

I am facing the following error in Fluke 9100 Calibrator:

 

"System TRIP 9508

Unexpected power amp overload

The program counter is 48EB0

The system has been RESET

Press RESUME to restart."

 

On resuming the error exists.
