DC Power Supply Recomendations

Hello, I am in the market for a DC power supply. I'd like one that is good for experimentation, trouble shooting, and stable enough to power proto-boards. I'm on a budget. If I can get one (new, used, vintage) for under $150 that's be great. Alternatively I could wait and get the Rigol dp832 for $400 or another model that y'all recommend. What is your recommendation on model or price vs quality? Thank you.

    The prices on this link are in UK Pounds but choose your country and go from there, The PSU you linked is a programmable one, you can save significant $$$ if you go un-programmable and still get the same if not better quality
