I've found that E14 doesn't always offer manuals with some Tenma products, but fortunately they don't make a lot of Tenma products. It seems that most of the Tenma products are OEM'd and if you do a little web searching you can find the original item manufacturer. In the case of the Tenma 75-6615 try the GW INSTEK GPS-3303.
