My function generator started to have issues the last days. The keypad is of the gummy-button style, and the up key wasn't behaving properly.
It got stuck each time I pushed it and I had to wiggle it back into position. Time for a second (and more complete than in my first blog) teardown.
Fixing wasn't hard. There was nothing broken, and the button sheet wasn't ripped. I think it got displaced (the up and down keys are the ones you use most, to change frequency, amplitude, ...).
Removing the sheet and carefully putting it back did the job.
