Can we communicate MP780905 device with 3rd party software's like Python or LabVIEW?

if yes can i get programmer manual or drives link.

It seems like some OEM model. Using searching some phrases from manual I found PCE-322A with almost the same parameters. If software from Farnell website do not work, you can try here https://www.pce-instruments…

Probably you can - it seems to communicate by virtual COM port over USB.

It's not clear from the user manual or data sheet what level of control you get over the meter.

You will need to ask your distributor for a programming manual or to trawl the internet. Many of the Multicomp branded instruments are sold under other labels and often the documentation for these can be helpful.

They do not provide any library (or I did not find it) and if you need it, you will need to reverse enginner software.
