My granddog had her 8th birthday this weekend. It's normally the time that I reflect on how much progress we've made with our walks over the years.
I've had my Fitbit One tracker since Lily was 6 months old and I continue to be impressed at how long it has lasted. I guess I'm mostly impressed that the battery still only needs to be charged once a week. My usual experience with batteries isn't very good. The unit has certainly taken a beating - the screen is cracked but still intact.
Here is the step count from this morning's walk:
Lily likes climbing the nearby hills, so we get a lot of floors in addition to miles. Our best day recently was 67 floors.

Seems like Lily and I have been slowing down as the years go by. I wonder how long this tracker will last?
