Discover WIFI SN8200 programming via jtag

I hope somebody can help with this. I noticed that a previous question went unanswered on the same topic! I have tried to reprogram the stm32f103 uC which is part of the sn8200. The method I used was using uVision4 and ulink2. The bin file that I used came with the software package that can be downloaded from element14 after buying the Discover WIFI module SN8200-SNIC-UART-02.31311.bin. In the first instance trying to flash the module uvision gave an error, so I converted the file to hex using bin2hex. This also gave an error about not having the correct flash driver, so I converted the file again with an offset of 0x08000000 and used the driver that started flashing at 0x00000000. Uvision reported erasing the flash, programmed the flash, then verified ok. Now the sn8200 is non-functional, I have tried re-flashing a number of times but it stays non-functional. Can somebody please give me some ideas on what I can try to get this module up and running. Note to Admin, if the community cannot help can someone from element14 talk to Embest for a way forward please.

    I cannot solve this with a crossover, if JTDI is missing, then its missing, but I can't be sure, programming the device passed even though the module is nonfunctional. Can Element14 please check document Discover Wi-Fi UserManual_V4.pdf table 2_1, to make sure the information is correct.

     

    EDIT: Table 2-1 is incorrect! Figure 2-3 schematic shows J3 and it's connections, I hope these are correct! See attached pdf.
