Upgrade your current Monitor with Adaptive Brightness Smart feature to Save Eyes #01 :Concept

I and tech professionals spent a lot of time in front of monitors, that effect our eyes when we use monitors for long hours, it is often neglected that ambient light is an important factor influencing our viewing experiences. Strong differences in ambient light and the light from displays can cause eye strain. In a bright environment, eyes need to work harder to avoid the glare caused by reflection. In a dimly lit room, eyes need more energy to focus on a very bright display. As time passes, we might have eye strain or severe problems like headaches and blurred vision.

but if we adjust brightness of monitor according to ambient light that will be helpful in reducing eye strain and saving people from world wide.

Currently there are some monitors which have adaptive brightness feature but most of us don't have those high price monitors so what is solution ?

Solution is to upgrade existing current monitor with adaptive brightness feature. So let us see how we will implement with Arduino Nano 33 IoT Board.

In this Project we will interface a lightsensor(BH1750)

image

with Arduino Nano 33 IoT Board to keep track ambient light exposure values around computer user and send these values to computer , according to these values we will increase or decrease brightness and Gama level of monitor/screen automatically in a gradually manner. Thus it will reduce eye strain and other problems caused by fixed brightness levels of monitors.

This project can further be extended to another level Simple Television Users world wide. How ? Let us See.

We will interface IR LED Arduino Nano 33 IoT Board and send brightness control remote signal according to ambient brightness values sensed by photosensor. Thus without buying new TV we will upgrade our TV with adaptive Brightness Feature.

So saving eyes of people and their working or entertaining comfort worldwide,  is my cause for me to this design.
