I received my kits today, Finally I can start with my first module of Enchanted Wardrobe. It would be around the Yun.
P.S the servo is quiet big, I got an idea to use it wisely ,@STAY TUNED! for more.
Thanks Element14 once again...
The servo has got a bit of power to it, in my test yesterday it seemed to rotate about 380° when I ran the 0 to 180° sweep code into it.
Could be a timing issue? You can try the Arduino - ServoWriteMicroseconds command based on the values in the datasheet if mentioned, see if that helps.
I suspect that attaching it with a min and max would work.
servo.attach(pin, min, max)
I'm still learning about this, but these servos work differently.
If you write 90 to them, they stop, in the current position, not in a fixed 0 point.
A value lower than 90: turn left. The lower the value, the faster the speed.
A value higher than 90: turn right The higer the value, the faster the speed.
