Got my kit this afternoon. I was shocked it was here so soon. Got it all out and took inventory. Did not know that we would be getting two Edison modules, one for each board. First one is flashed with Ubilinux to start with. Second is getting ready to get Yocto update so I can experiment with both.
First impressions is that Ubilinux was very easy to install from a Linux system. Right now it is running apt-get update and soon upgrade. Then get some packages installed to get a few sensors plugged in and nodeJS running.
While that is happening I will be updating Edison #2 from Linux and getting that one setup.
One request would be "Intel Inside" stickers. I think the upcycle needs to advertise that it is "Powered by Intel".
