I just got around to unwrapping the USB cable that comes with the competitors, omg it must be about 2m long!

I thought it was like 6 foot long. Yes, it was a nice cable. And the power supply was nice too. They took good care of us!

The power supply was good, I used that a lot and it should get use in future too.
I'm in two minds about the grove kit, it proved very useful for prototyping but for the finished project I think I made the wrong call. I should have skipped that and gone with headers straight from the Arduino shield.
