Hello Everybody,
I will post my overview of the project. I managed to do a lot of work that is described there. I still wait RF modules and Ethernet Shield. Since then I managed to connect all the sensors to one Arduino Uno and start making tests with monitoring. As I receive the other stuff that I have purchased, i will start making tests with controlling the feeding system. I still have problems with calibration of Rain Sensor. But soon I will have success. This is the solution overview. As soon as I managed to understand and learn the kit's that we have, I will change the arduinos and use the kits to send/receive data and controlling the system.
