For anyone who is interested I've gone through the video and made an exact list of parts that Ben uses. The MAX6675 breakout board appears to be from Adafruit and can be found here. The thermocouple also…

I'm currently working on a Reflow Oven. I have purchased all of the parts, and I am writing the Arduino code as we speak. I will post information about how I did it when I am done. Does anyone know the heating curve for leaded solder paste? I found the curve for lead-free already.

Did you ever complete your toaster reflow oven?

I need one, so I just ordered an Arduino, a relay module, a thermocouple and associated module. I'll get it put together in short order (pun intended).
I'm hoping that I can find a toaster oven at Goodwill or something reasonable.
