Hi all,
I found a schematic about a AVR development board and modified it with a 8 pin socket. Im a newby with electronics so i hoped somebody could tell me if this could work and if it doesn't were i made a mistake.
Hope to get a respond!

Very cool, looking forward to see what you program with it.
Hi Guillermo,
I have programed the ATtiny 45 chip and the ATmega8 chip with no problems with the setup above.
The ATtiny adapter board can program the 25/45/85 (8 pin) series of chips and the ATmega adapter board can program the ATmega (28 pin) series of chips from Atmel.
I hope this answers your question.

I´ve use a lot of Attiny85 this past years and it has always been a pain to program them using an arduino uno, i think i´ll do something similar to what you are doing.
I would also recommended using a 14 position ZIF socket, it will go faster. If you are programming a lot of chips.
