That's really great that you got past the joystick graveyard Andy & looks fantastic , the cardboard mockup was a cool touch & really inspired design!

I really like this Andy, the 3D print gives the control panel a sort of brushed metal look , very cool!

Really liked your video Andy! It was well put together, and no unneeded fluff which is a lovely bonus tbh.

Thanks, Tariq! This competition has really gotten me hooked. I'm already working on my next project (coincidentally involving the Oregon Trail handheld) and video for my new YouTube channel. I've also had my eye on an oscilloscope. I fear there's no turning back now. image

Way to get it done and its a very attractive looking mini arcade machine with slots for quarters and all.

Really good to see videos like this, especially ones that are honest (with regards to soldering and engineering experience) because they encourage people that might not otherwise try to get it shot.

You delivered a very attractive mini arcade and you got it to work in time to share!

Who doesn't love a little upright cabinet action? Reminds me of a project I've been thinking about doing myself....

Nice project as it has been developed! I liked too the idea to make cardboard pre-printing prototype. It's an approach that can save a lot of time.

Very neat on the inside and outside! Cool trick to use SMD switches and colored filament caps to save space : )
