Problems getting started or is it dead?? <SOLVED>

I got my BB AI about a week ago I had problems getting the fan mounted. But when I plug it in via USBA > USBC type 3 cable but all I get is this. Is my BB dead?

problem was thas the motherboard didn't do it. I bought a wall rat from 5-blow and now it boots!

phoenixcomm , a few questions:

Where is the fan connected to?
What type of USB port are you plugging the BeagleBone AI into? Is it a dedicated power supply, or a personal computer?
If it's a personal computer, what standard of USB is it? (2 or 3?)
Are you booting from the onboard eMMC or an SDCard?

cstanton I have no SD card so I am booting from the onboard image.
and I have the USBA to USBC type 3 cable plugged into the blue USB connectors on the back of the cpu.

I did find https://www.amazon.com/slp/usb-3-type-c/ah83of3yv6vw6z8 #4 is type c both ends. phoenixcomm I may be able to get one near Thanksgiving from China. Takes a long time to ship on a boat, ha ha..
