Join the element14 Staff
For an open session where we will cover how to use the new Verint element14 Community platform, we understand that it is a big change with a lot of future possibilities and we would like to cover some aspects that you may already know, and some that you perhaps do not, so that you can get the most out of the website!
There will also be the opportunity to ask the team, including developers, questions about the new platform.
We will start the session by covering some of your frequently asked questions and new ways of working with the element14 Community.
Examples of items we will cover include:
- How is the Community structured, and what are groups?
- How do I find content on the Community?
- What ways can I create and customise content on the Community?
- Where can I report problems and give feedback?
- What happens when I provide feedback and report problems?
Time permitting, we will also talk about the migration journey of moving from Jive to Verint as a Community Platform and what that has meant for the team and the challenges that has introduced.
During the live session we will also have the opportunity for you to submit your questions live to the element14 Community staff, depending on how useful members find this session, and if we can cover everything requested, we may hold more like this in future!
