Would You Be Interested in Podcasts as a Supplement to our Webinar Program?

The element14 team has been toying around with the idea of offering podcasts in addition to our webinars, or as a complement to a particular webinar. We already have a podcast program for our Business of Engineering  group. With its success, we wanted to explore the possibility of offering a podcast program for other areas.

 

How would this play out? Let me give you a concrete example to give you a framework. I am planning a roadtest on the Infineon BlockChain Security2 go kit. Some members expressed an interest in a webinar. Explaining blockchain technology and going through a demo is a lot of territory to cover in a 45 minute presentation. So, I was thinking that we could do perhaps a 20-minute podcast ion the Introduction of BlockChain technology. Then, the webinar would focus on demo'ing the kit. the webinar page would have access to the podcast, which could be listened to prior to the webinar.

  • It's an awesome idea, and it would be keeping us fit+healthy too, running around while listening : )

    I like webinars too, because they are information-rich. It's youtube videos that are a slow delivery often : ( I nearly always listen to them at 1.5x or sometimes 2x speed as a result. Some videos use up tens of minutes to get one minute of useful information out of it : (
