I have posted a couple of minor things in elemen14 and both were flagged as offensive or spam, so I was unable to reply. Then I looked up "element14" on Google. It did not look good. Did you try that?
When I reviewed some hardware CooCox that was marketed by element14 (is it the same element14?), it was obvious it had been [incorrectly] copied from the original Arduino design. And I have seen that there a many Chinese scam websites that just steal your data.
But it's encouraging to get such a powerful response!

element14 is owned by Avnet which is a giant electronics distributor with many services. They give away a lot of free stuff and sometimes the shipping logistics are slow or problematic, so you may see comments that question what is going on. The comments hang around even after the issues are resolved.
They also have spam filters on posts to this site which may sometimes trigger on legitimate posts. You can usually get them to "un-spam" your posts in such situations.
