Cant seem to find a problem here or improvements but i know there should be one! could you please help me

If this is supposed to be a test for you, a good hint is that at least one of the answers so far is correct. If it is not a test and you need this circuit to work, explain a little more about what this power supply is for or what you are trying to learn from it.
