Your schematic shows you're using a PNP for TR1 and TR2 and it should be a NPN., the part numbers are NPN so are these the parts your using. A PNP transistor will flow current from emitter to collector…

I am picking that it is a test, and that it probably requires answering in order to complete.
There are quite a few errors.

At the top of the drawing, you can read the back spell "APPENDICES". I'm pretty certain this is from a textbook, and this is an assignment/exercise.

the_future If this is your diagram like you say:
why do you assume there is a problem in the first place? If you know there is one, how have you come to that conclusion?
why do you assume the diagram can be improved? Again, how did you come to this conclusion?

Yeah it does look like homework, given that there was such wording twice (in the title and the description) to imply it was not from a textbook yet 'Appendices' is visible.
