I've heard good things about Adafruit's Ultimate GPS breakout board: http://adafruit.com/products/746
They have nice tutorial for it, too: http://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-ultimate-gps
is that shield suitable for Arduino?? 26.40$ + free shipping

Power supply voltage (VCC) Min:2.7V Typ:3.0V Max:3.6V
Supply voltage USB (VDDUSB) Min:3.0V Typ:3.3V Max:3.6V
can i conntect arduino's 3.7 V pin ?
Ah, okay, well the Uno can supply 50mA at 3.3V, how many mA does the module need?
If you connect the Tx of the module to the Rx of the Uno and DO NOTwire the Tx of the Uno to the Rx of the module, then the 5V Arduino will be able to read the 3.3v serial signal from the gps module. It will mean you have to take the default settings of the GPS module as far as baud rate etc goes. Its probably 9600 8N1 so you should be okay.
If you do decide you need to send data from the Uno to the GPS, you will have to use a level converter. Buts lets cross that bridge if we come to it
Condition : VCC=3.0V
Icc Acquisition : 47mA
Icc Tracking (Max Performance mode) : 40mA
Icc Tracking (Eco mode) : 37mA
Icc Tracking (Power Save mode / 1 Hz) : 11mA
UARTBaud rate : 9600 (USB powered)

Thank you too much:) i will buy and try than i will write here :)
dealextreme is my nu 1 :) so cheap and free shipping :) i strongly reccomend.
I will also ask you about quadrocopter parts but not that time becouse im not at that level:)

Can i use "logic level converter" to convert 5.0V of arduino to gps's 3.6V
Or
Is arduino's 3,7V pin enough?
You can power it from the Arduino 3.3V power connection.
Remember do not connect the Arduino Tx to the GPS Rx - that will quite likely kill it.
Only connect the Arduino Rx to the GPS Tx,
GND to GND
and Arduiono 3.3V to GPS VCC.
Thank you again:) i bought it. It will be my hand 15 daysy later than i will post my experiences with you:)
