Ultra96v2 bricked

Question

Does anyone know what to do with such a case? Ultra96v2 stopped booting from an SD card, all LEDs turn on when pressing SW4 and then nothing happens. Looks like APU is not starting. Nothing is visible on the serial console. It's still possible to program the PL part over JTAG though. Sadly, https://www.96boards.org/documentation/consumer/ultra96/ultra96-v2/installation/board-recovery.md.html is still empty, but the very existence of this document suggests there might be some procedure?

Thanks! Just confirmed - I somehow burned 2 SD cards (one of them came with Ultra96). Found another one, and now Ultra96 boots. Still worrying, but I guess the problem is not specific to Ultra96 itself, either a misfortune or a defect of the sd card housing. A remedy probably would be to avoid replacing sd cards with 12v plugged in.

Something could be damaged specifically with the SD Card circuitry, but it is much more likely that you have multiple bad SD Cards. Do you have any others that you can try? Also, not all SD cards are created equal, as described here Storage Insights #1 - Why Not All SD Cards are Created Equal . Also, not all SD Cards are going to work with Xilinx devices. We ship a Delkin card that we know works. If you have happened to corrupt that one and your back up is just a random one that you had floating around, it might not work anyway.
