After some troubles trying to drill and tap the included plastic clips, I've found two methods of securing the board without damaging components.
The first involves a nylon standoff (#4-40) , although there isn't space to secure the nut on top.
The second uses a sandwich of nylon shoulder washers and a long #4-40 screw.
A 3D printed box with plastic posts will probably be the final answer.
