I believe each PCB layout and hardware engineer have his/her own approach to tackle EMC issues. I think using good practice and spending more time in the design phase will save a lot of time later on, especially with designs invloving high frequency clocks and switching power supplies. I am currently looking into investing in an EMC siulation tool to simulate PCB behaviour, one option that seems popular is CST Studio, would appreciate any thoughts and recommendations about this topic.
