Look at http://stores.nextag.com/store/4860388/product/966678152/Thomas-Betts-Outdoor-Remote This might be what you need. There are other suppliers and versions with more channels.
Johan,
This looks like what I want to do. I suppose I could take this Outdoor Remote and create an interface to hit the buttons on the fob. I wanted full control over the AC power on a switch. Like breaking the "hot" line at will.
Is there a solid state relay that can handle AC?

There are a bunch more to choose from on Newark, too.
Nick,
Thank you for the link. However, they are on the expensive side.

I hear you...SSRs run a little pricey.
If you haven't found another solution, and you're not opposed to making a small board, you could always look at using a few discretes to sort of make your own SSR.
I'd take a look at the MOC3032M from Fairchild. You'd just need a triac and a few passives beyond that.
Good luck.
