I think the bootloader and driver is overwritten in the FRDM-K20D50M's openSDA.
How can i repair the openSDA port in the easiest way?
And, is this possible without a direct connected programmer? - USB

The problem is likely that you upgraded to Windows 8.1, which doesn't work with older version of the OpenSDA firmware. There's a document here that should help get you back on the right track with updated OpenSDA firmware that now works with Win 8.1: OpenSDA Update Instructions for Freescale Freedom Development Boards for Windows 8.1 and Linux
