Kinetis K40 100 MHz Low-Power MCU Tower System Module
The TWR-K40D100M module is a development tool for the Kinetis K30 and K40 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M4 MCUs and adds segment LCD and USB 2.0 on-the-go (OTG) functionality. It features the Kinetis low-power MK40DX256VMD10 MCU with USB 2.0 full-speed OTG controller and the TWRPI-SLCD segment LCD Tower Plug-In (TWRPI).
The TWR-K40D100M operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular Tower System development platform.
The K40 MCU family adds Full-Speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go with device charger detect capability and a flexible, low-power segment LCD controller with support for up to 320 segments. Devices start from 64 KB of flash in 64 LQFN packages extending up to 512 KB in a 144 MAPBGA package with a rich suite of analog, communication, timing and control peripherals.
