Hello!

I want to set the default baudrate of the /dev/ttymxc1. So i can handle it as a normal file with code. Where can i set it? I'm using the provided image from here: https://www.element14.com/community/community/designcenter/single-board-computers/maaxboard

I moved this post from Ultra96 Hardware Design Forum to MaaXBoard. Someone on the MaaXBoard forums will be better able to answer this question for you. Cheers, Tom

Hi David, It looks like the default UART baud rate for ttymxc1 is actually set to 9600. You can confirm this on your setup by running stty < /dev/ttymxc1 In the future if you need to change the defaul…

    Hi,

Is there a reason you want to change the baud rate from the default 115200? Are you trying to use it with some peripheral? can you elaborate please.

    Thanks,
    Josh

In the future if you need to change the defaul uart baud rate you can do it such as the following. (I set ttymxc1 to 115200)

Let me know if this answers your question.

    Thx,
    Josh
