Hi I am a developer of gas fired appliances i am looking for help to write some programming on PLC chips Is there anyone who could do this for me

There are PLC on Chip options such as the Intel/Altera SoC offering.

typically PLC's are not just a chip, there a SBC (Small Board with many chips including a microcontroller

given that, An Arduino or something would be a good place to start. once you have a design, the circuit can be "Hardened" to make it suitable for commercial use and also simplified as many parts on an Arduino will not be needed.

To help more than this, I would need to know more about what this control (PLC) is going to be expected to so, are there displays, keypads, other IO, temperature sensors or other sensors etc etc.
