For both the Display CAPE as well as the Nw Cape, there is NO schematics / Board layout files avlb.
one option is to get a multi-meter and just search the datasheet on the IC on the board to get a generalized picture of layout.
I have tried the TI forums but didn't got any help from there I guess there would be some NDA thingy. Try writing to them.
