This might be a bug, or it might be by design, but at least I do not
understand it: In EAGLE 5.6.1 (Windows), the control panel features a
dialog with the check box "Automatically save project file", which is
checked by default.
One CAN uncheck it, but
1. the next time a project is opened, it's checked again, and
2. even if no project is opened, the next time EAGLE is started,
it's checked again.
So what does this strange check box do, and what good is it to uncheck
it, if under lots of circumstances it's automatically checked again
shortly after one chose to explicitly uncheck it?
