Pins to pads

I have a new lib design but i have 3 pins and 4 pad two of which are common

ground. Anyway to connect two common pads to one pin?

    Have that done but only the one labeled GND gets connected to ground. The

    other has no pin connected to it so it reamins floating.

    Short answer: no. but you can name them gnd@1 and gnd@2 and whatever

    appears after the @ will not be shown, which makes it a little  better.
