Exactly.  I want CadSoft to feel they have the time to do it right.  I'd

rather wait for something that really works than crappy bugware six months

or a year earlier.

It's more a matter of managing expectations.  I would much rather have a

customer mad at me for a while because I'm late with a delivery, than

have them mad at me all the time for shipping a product that doesn't

work.  If it doesn't work, I may never hear about it - they'll simply

use a competitor's product.

I can only guess. Since cadsoft has confirmed  there will be no more v5

updates, I would think within months. But I don't know how many developers

they got. If they are few, I would assume they need a long period of

silence.

Any idea about their revision plan?

time schedule for V6. I assume CadSoft are currently working on the

basics (data structure, file formats etc.), since there will be massive

changes compared to V5.
