It's more a matter of managing expectations. I would much rather have a
customer mad at me for a while because I'm late with a delivery, than
have them mad at me all the time for shipping a product that doesn't
work. If it doesn't work, I may never hear about it - they'll simply
use a competitor's product.

Exactly. I want CadSoft to feel they have the time to do it right. I'd
rather wait for something that really works than crappy bugware six months
or a year earlier.
