LS,
On a design I use four 1N4148 diodes to rectifiers a 20 KHz square signal.
Now I am thinking of replacing it by a rectifier bridge.
Does anyone has a suggestion what device to use?

It depends on the voltage and current of the circuit.
Just take one of the easy to look up parts vendors by specs and hunt
some down. digkey has a easy to use search for parts interface.

But take care: most rectifier bridges are really slooooow and suitable
for line frequencies only. Maybe it's better keeping the 4148...
What's the reason for your replacement intention?

I need more space on the board.
Maybe I could use a SMD version.

--> TS4148 RYTS4148 RY by Taiwan Semi, in 0603 or 0805 chip size.
Eventually, dual diodes are also possible in your application: BAV99 or
the like, two (signal) diodes in one SOT23. That's what Warren suggested.
