Usually there is drawn the board contour in layer 20, Dimension
beginning in the coordinates origin, 100 to the right and 80 mm up
in y direction.
You could do this in any layer..

Yes sir seen that I completely didn't put two and two together on that one I started by clearing that and doing the geometry for my PCB, which unfortunately does not fit. Thank you for your response though.
