I'm very new to EAGLE and PCBs in general. I'm just starting to try my hand with SMDs out of necessity - I want to integrate a Wiznet ethernet controller in to my project.
The reference schematics from Wiznet include some circuits that I can't quite make work in EAGLE. In this document: http://www.shopwiznet.com/lanotattachments/download/file/id/96/store/1/ on the second page (REV 2.0 1.8V circuit - I'm actually using a schematic from Sparkfun that's based off of the older 2.0 version) there's a circuit that has a supply wire coming from 1V8D and ending as 1V8OUT.*
EAGLE won't let that fly - it wants to merge those together in to one name no matter what I try. Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks for any help you can offer!
*I'm honestly not sure what that circuit is meant to do; it seems like 1V8OUT should be out, not in - and wiring it to 1V8D seems strange to me, but that's what the document says.
