Hi,
I made a library part package for a SMT PCB shield can:

The pcb layout is 32 rectangles, and I would like these to connect to a
ground polygon if possible but the poly has a clearance and doesn't
hookup to the rectangles for this package. Is there a way to hook up
package rectangles to a polygon signal, or do I need to use SMD pads in
the libary part to do this?
